box-e-baby.com. Please read through this page carefully, as
use of this site and purchases made from it are subject to the terms
and conditions set out below.
General Definitions:
The Seller is box-e-baby.com.
The Buyer is any person Company or Organisation who
buys, or has agreed to buy, Goods from the Seller.
Goods mean any items or services provided by the Seller
in accordance with the Sellers Terms and Conditions, as set out
on this page.
Order Acceptance:
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and
containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer
to box-e-baby.com to purchase goods, and our acceptance of
your order, and completion of the contract between Buyer and Seller
will only take place on the despatch of the products ordered.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of your order. Such non-acceptance
may be, but is not limited to, one,or more,of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description
error.
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted
by our Customer Services Department.
The sales contract between us is completed in England.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at
any time.
Order Cancellation:
We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days of receipt, (although
this is not a guarantee).
You may cancel your order without charge provided it has not been
despatched. Cancellation may be made by email or telephone.
Once your order has been despatched you have the right to return
unwanted goods provided you contact us within 7 working days after
the date of receipt of the goods. All returns will be subject to
the conditions set out in the Returns Procedure section below.
Returns Procedure:
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations 2000 you have a 7 day "cooling off" period,
whereby you may cancel the contract by giving us notice of cancellation.
Such notice of cancellation may be given in writing or verbally
by telephone, and must be received within 7 working days after the
date of receipt of the goods.

For your own security and peace of mind we would advise you contact
us by email or in writing.
Upon receipt of your notice of cancellation we will issue you with
a Returns Authorisation Number, and details of how to return your
goods. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in
a re-saleable condition complete with any seals and shrink wrap
intact. We will only accept the return of complete orders. The original
cost of delivery to you will not be refunded, and you are responsible
for the cost of returning unwanted goods to us. We advise the use
a registered delivery service when returning goods.
Please Note: Our
returns procedure does NOT apply to orders delivered outside
the UK.
